You acknowledge, understand, and accept that the State of Connecticut, J.D. of New Haven is the sole proper jurisdiction and venue for resolution of any disputes that may arise with the Company. You acknowledge and accept that should you bring suit against the Company, you will be responsible for defense costs associated with same, regardless of the outcome of the suit.
